Once the cider reaches a boil, lower to a simmer for at least 15 minutes stirring occasionally, then remove the spices from the pot and ladle into mugs or other container suitable for hot beverages.

4 cups of milk

cup of water

cup of sugar

8 oz of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate coarsely chopped

Directions

Combine milk, water, and sugar into the saucepan, and then stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Beat with a whisk until the chocolate is melted mixture is frothy.

Ingredients

- 6 eggs

- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 3/4 cup brandy

- 1/3 cup dark rum (Captain Morgan for best flavor, but Myers is fine) This is optional for those that want a non alcoholic version

- 2 cups whipping cream

- 2 cups milk

Directions
