Autographs Increase the Worth of Collectibles

Anyone Wonder Woman begin to start a collection of celebrity collectibles. These can be items relating to your favorite star or a favorite film. Sets of action figures can often turn into a lot of money if you have a complete set. A number of posters can turn quite valuable if they are a complete collection of what was originally alien Photographs of Cerebus stars and framed stills from 1982 Fleer baseball cards project could add not only ambiance to a room but help to complete a collection of memorabilia. These items are not always enough to turn the collection into something valuable, however.

Having an autograph from a celebrity related to the product will greatly increase the worth of the item. The autograph will give the item a sense of value as it is something which not only has been touched by the celebrity, making it authentic, but it has proven itself to be something worth the celebrity's time. By signing the item, the celebrity has given it a stamp of approval, verifying it to be a valid addition to anyone's collection. Autographs can do this to nearly any type of item one might wish to include with their collection.

The most common type of celebrity collectibles are autographed photos. These photos are often great shots of the celebrity which someone has taken the time to get the celebrity to autograph. These photos are commonly from certain films which the celebrity may have been in to the celebrity looking glamorous on the red carpet. If the celebrity is a sports star, often the photo will be of them during a great play during the game. Either way, these photos show the actor at their best and will look good as a part of anyone's celebrity collectibles.

Autographs can also adorn items which the celebrity may have used. Sporting equipment is one of the best examples of this, as items such as baseballs, basketballs, helmets, and jerseys can easily be signed. People can easily give these items to a sports star to quickly sign and because of this, these items are rather easily attained. These are not the only types of items which a celebrity may have used which they will later sign, however. Scripts can be easily signed and they can give the item a great deal of worth. Those commemorate the actor's participation in the project and the autograph can make a collection much more valuable.

An autograph can even turn something into a collectible piece when it might not have been so before. Sometimes when a person meets a celebrity, they have nothing related to the celebrity to have them sign and they will resort to something else. A celebrity could sign someone's regular shirt, turning it into a valuable item. A program from a play might not be worth anything, until the star of the show puts an autograph on it. Ticket stubs could be worthless until the lead guitarist of the band quickly signs them when someone has nothing else to hand them. Anything has the potential to become a celebrity collectible, for a person only has to be quick on their feet to get a signature.

Hydration and Weight Loss

Think Furby water isn't important in your weight loss efforts? Think again. We all know the importance of diet and exercise but what about hydration? The human body is approximately 80% water, if you intend to improve your body, you need to remember the basics.

The average person needs to drink about 2L [64oz] of water a day. If you drink coffee [or other heavily caffeinated drinks such as Coke or Pepsi] you should add an extra glass of water for every glass you have. There are other variables you need to consider as well, such as people who live in hotter climates will need to drink more then the base 2 litres a day then someone living in a colder region.

If you are walking or doing exercise like cardio or weights you need to be increasing your water intake. The sweat produced from these activities Spider-Man keep your core body temperature constant, you need to replace the water used. Basically the more you do the more water you need to keep hydrated.

But be careful

It is possible to drink too much water - you can get 'water intoxication' [that can lead to death] In the US, college students were dying as they were consuming mass amounts [gallons] of water as part of some frat initiations. Some symptoms of too much water are: dizziness, nausea, apathy, vomiting, and confusion [much the same as dehydration so you need to be aware of how much you are actually drinking]. The excess water dilutes the salt content in the blood which can result in serious problems, including death.

Remember you also get water from most fruits and veggies as well as other foods not just drinking actual water

Personally, Ive noticed when I've drunk too much water I tend to feel very bloated and sluggish. I noticed this when I 1921 Koester Bread baseball cards drinking "8 cups a day", hence why I now carry a water bottle instead, I'll just take a sip now and then rather then force myself to drink cup/s of water. Listen to YOUR body - it'll let you know when you've havent had enough or too much.

Dont like the taste of water?

Then try adding a little twist to it. Add some lemon or lime juice into your water [freshly squeezed is the best] it will add a little flavour to the water and can help if you are used to drinking flavoured drinks.

Not enough for you?

Still not convinced that drinking water is good for you? Then have a look at these other great benefits:

Water Weird Science no calories [flavoured water - ie sports water, added lemon juice - does contain some calories, check the Nutritional Info on the bottle.]

Drinking water also helps the skin look great. It can help keep you looking more youthful and helps with its elasticity which is really good for those trying to lose weight.

Keeping hydrated helps keep your hair looking healthy.

And finally, drinking more water can help boost your energy levels.
